The steaks are served rare on a sizzling hot stone so you could cook it to your own liking. It’s best to flip it then cut it into smaller pieces so you can cook it more before the stone cools off

And this is the tenderloin. Both are delicious!
The Japanese rice was well cooked and you can add seaweed sesame toping for an extra kick of flavour.
Overall it was a satisfying meal and value for money!
