I was thrilled when my friend introduced me to this great salad place in Metro Plaza. We don't usually have many options here in Kwai Fong if you are looking for a healthy and delicious meal and I'm so glad I have found this place.I came alone on a Monday afternoon and the small place is packed with office workers on their lunch breaks. I came alone on a Monday afternoon and the small place is packed with office workers on their lunch breaks. It wasn't too difficult to find a seat and I placed my ordered at the counter.
I ordered a large salad ($64) and I could choose 4 salads at the salad bar next to the counter. There are plenty of selections, about 8-9 different types of salads and this place reminds me of my favourite salad place "Fresca" in Central.

This has become my regular place for lunch and I absolutely love it. They also have a great selection of pizzas, pastas, main course dishes, drinks and desserts that I'm planning try out.
