Currently in Sai Kung there are only two places that serve this Scotch egg: Ali Oli and Mushroom Bakery.A Scotch egg consists of a hard-boiled egg wrapped in sausage meat, coated in breadcrumbs and deep-fried.So far the best one I have tasted would still have to be the one at Marks and Spencers.Anyway the one here tasted OK but the MSG was too strong.The egg was flavoured as well.The sausage meat was not soft enough but I liked the herbs they put in the sausage meat.
