had seafood dinner buffet:cold ones include little lobster, mussel, shrimp, crab leg, normandy oyster, tasmania oyster and another kind of oyster. all are fresh and delicious. I like the crab leg most even i don't usually like crabsmoked salmon. there are a special smoke salmon that have been introduced in newspaper, it said it is the most expensive smoked salmon. It really had a special wood tastes. the texture is good and harder than normal. french fish soup. good. salad. scallop and abalone

hot dishes had roasted beef, baked oyster cheese or bacon and mussel with white wine. all good.
the dessert is a little bit disappointing. cheese cake is too soft. baked apple crumble ( i don't find apple, it seems berry) is not good. the macaroom is too too sweet. chocolate is too sweet too. tiramisu had too much cream. strawberry chocolate tart is better. many straberry on the top. can take the strawberry only. fruit only have melon, water melon and pineapple.
also had coffee. very very very full. had dinner for three hours.
