This night we chose and picked several types of seafood from Chung Chai Kee (忠仔记). We simply like the variety of choices and very friendly service there. Afterwards, we picked this restaurant for dining. This restaurant provides spacious and stunning environment for family dining. We could choose the ‘cooking method’ for tasting the seafood: steam, fry, deep-fry, bake etc, all depend on you! I am not gonna describe them dish by dish though, making use of the power from garlic, onion, ginger, green onion etc., we could taste the very best side of the seafood!
My general impression towards this restaurant is quite good. Except a bit too strong flavor, had to keep drinking up water. I especially like the baked lobster in soup, very juicy and fresh! Thumb up! Also the stir fry crab with ginger and onion tasted spicy hot~ olala cool! Alright, enjoy to 'taste' the fotos below
