— Had to try out one of their seasonal specials during the holiday season, and the word “pistachio” immediately caught my eye! I’m a huge fan of anything pistachio so I had high hopes for this. This definitely did not disappoint as the pistachio taste was quite strong, with an aromatic nuttiness to it. This was paired with a mixed berries sauce that had the perfect amount of sweetness to it and offered the dessert a slight acidity. The acidity really helped balance out the creaminess of the pistachio and whipped cream layer on top. Overall a very enjoyable dessert with a good blend of flavours!
