As a sea view restaurant in @hktheone , the lunch here @harlans_the_one is at great value. At just $298 per person you’ll get a 3-course lunch with tea or coffee. They’re also doing oyster promotion that you could get a glass of free house white wine when you order 4 oysters. We ordered one lunch menu and some items from the a la carte menu to share. Service was really nice and the overall feeling was comfy. You may also choose to sit on the terrace to enjoy the breeze and sunlight there.
