If you are a spicy lover than you will fall in love with this place🤤The menu is so user friendly as there are English translation. I ordered a three ingredients spicy pot which include (pig intestines, chicken gizzards and lotus root) you can choose any ingredients you want from the menu and you can choose one more ingredient for just a bit of extra course!!🧆 If you don’t want to pick those pot, you can also try their set lunch menu!!!
I ordered medium spicy🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️ which is hot and tasty!! If you are not a hot person you can also ordered the cumin (less spicy) or fried w/ scallion (non spicy) one. The set also along with a drinks and a bowl of 🍚
The pig intestine is a bit over oily and spicy because it absorb most of the oil😮💨
However, the chicken gizzards is relatively less oily and provide a chewy texture. Which you can enjoy the interesting texture with that spicy stink stimulation on your tongue. Lotus root is tasty as well which is crunchy and delicious because it’s not oily but still can provide the unique smell and aroma of spices and spiciness!!
