Steam Fresh is always in my top 10 list. I'm sure you will be addicted to this shop like me if you were seafood-lover. I came back for Seoul tower last Thursday. Seoul Tower costs $398 per head. You can enjoy Abalone, razor clam, shrimps, variegate venus clam, fan scallop, periwinkle, geoduck, little neck clam, arctic surf clams, mud crab, butterfly mussel, giant grouper fillet, japan pumpkin and japan sweet potato. All the seafoods were fresh and well-cooked. There was a sandy clock to count the time and make sure the seafood will not be overcooked. Instruction was clear and simple. I don't know how to describe the taste of the seafoods one by one, coz they were all sweet and fresh. They all tasted good without adding any seasonings. You will become so full when you finished all of these.
Yet, it was not finished yet. We had order Spicy Kimchi Soup for the congee. I like this kimchi soup so much coz it is sour & spicy that stimulating your tongue. The congee was smooth and tasty.
I may come back for tasting Busan Tower next time.
