had a beef pho, the beef stew was as hard as rock, thats not the worst, the raw beef looks like a used condom that has reused several times over, was probably precooked. complained to the waitress and she said when the beef is cooked it will curl up like that. didn't bother to talk about the rubbery stew beef and finishes the noodle quckily as I had to go gyming. will never go back!
