I arrived 15 minutes early on Christmas night as I was told seats were first-come-first-serve, only to find myself waiting for almost 40 minutes outdoor in the windy garden. To make it worse, people arriving after me were being seated while we were repeatedly told to wait, and we subsequently discovered half the restaurant was empty. Not to mention we had to ask for everything from water to the table Christmas decorations etc. TL;DR: Unacceptable service, better off going to Bubba Gump
