This is the second time!!!!First time was on the first day of Lunar New Year which they split our order to 2 and delivered separately...we waited for the order more than 90minutes, the manager passed us the deliver boy's number but he did not pick up the phone...and after more than 90 minutes, the manager insisted us to pay the order for the cold food....by saying " you need to pay first and if you are not satisfied, we can re-make it again and deliver again after another 30minutes"....God...we

we waited for the order more than 90minutes, the manager passed us the deliver boy's number but he did not pick up the phone...
and after more than 90 minutes, the manager insisted us to pay the order for the cold food....by saying " you need to pay first and if you are not satisfied, we can re-make it again and deliver again after another 30minutes"....God...we shall wait more than 2hours for that???
Second time happened last night, we ordered 3 set of meals at 12:15am...and they mentioned the order would be delivered within 30 minutes or else we would get the apple pie coupon for compensation due to the "service promise"
then we received call at around 12:40am, saying we need to wait for another 30minutes up to an hour for our delivery because they have a lot of orders!! We expect the food,...at this hour, or else, we wont order McDonald delivery.....well, they can let us know at the first place when we ordered the food, not after 25minutes...
Too many order is not our problem...McDonald's delivery are more expensive than we went to McDonald ourselves (even with the both-way taxi charge)...we pay for the service, not the experience like this.... so shall we stop McDonald delivery if you guys have too much orders? then McDonald delivery section should expand your team by hiring more staffs or else, close down the 24-hour delivery service...
I hope the McDonald management team can focus on this issue as there is no other channel to file the complain to their office...Management shall be sleeping by mid-night so they never realize the customers' concern? please do some mystery shopper for evaluating own service...please
