What a joke. Put in an order early in the day at 10am for 6pm pickup. Got there and found out that they received my order but didn’t type it in. Had to wait an hour and a half to pick up my order which should’ve at least had some cooked by the time I got there at 6pm. We phoned up to complain that they food shouldn’t take an hour and a half to get ready and was told twice by staff that it was because people had booked weeks in advance and not because of their mistake. I clearly saw people who or

I clearly saw people who ordered at the restaurant after I came to pick up my order and leave before I did. What an absolute joke. If you make a mistake at least own up to it instead of pretending everything’s okay and lie to people to cover your own asses. Avoid at all costs
