It was a delightful twist on the classic. The addition of char siu and fermented bean curd elevated the dish, while the anchovy dressing, parsley, crispy wonton skins, and zested lemon panko provided a satisfying crunch.
As for drinks, we had the pleasure of trying two distinct beers.

The handmade sourdough crust was the perfect vehicle for the rich barbecue sauce, gooey mozzarella, tender slow-cooked chicken, and tangy pickled shallots. This pizza was truly a symphony of flavors and textures.
