The staff except the one at the money counter are not seen; sevice hence is slow and lacking. At least tonight the three or four were mainly at the kitchen side. There is no concept of looking around to see the customers and tables. Took ever so long and needs to stand and walk to the counter to inform service is needed, otherwise wait “half a day” for ordering or even to get a rice bowl. The food experience & dinning pleasure hence were markedly reduced.
