A coworker and I dined in during lunch time. It was not too busy, and we were seated immediately.When we ordered our food, we were extra careful to make sure the waitress understood our order, since the servers have a tendency to "mishear" our orders and give us the wrong food.This instance was especially bad. When we ordered our food, we were extra careful to make sure the waitress understood our order, since the servers have a tendency to "mishear" our orders and give us the wrong food.
This instance was especially bad. We ordered two single burgers. They served us two double burgers. We complained, but they refused to remove the $80 up charge and were unsympathetic about the whole situation. The money itself wasn't a huge deal to me, but what really angered my coworker and I was the dismissive attitude of the wait staff and management for something which was obviously their mistake.
I will be encouraging my teammates not to eat or drink here anymore, because this behavior is borderline criminal.
