I’m a huge fan of Shanxi noodles as I love how wide the noodles are! I’ve returned to the shop a few times and the staff is always very friendly! This time I had it with pork ribs and the meat was so soft that it is easily peels off the bone and the chewy noodles with crunchy seaweeds were simply perfect combo😋😋
