Established in 2007 in Thailand, this branch had landed in Wanchai, Hong Kong for a month or so, moved from Causeway. Quite a number of people lined up on a Sunday afternoon.

I quite like how the architect did to the structural design of the cafe, with majority of the sitting area on the mezzanine floor. Staff greeted customers in Thai and also said goodbye in Thai when they left. There are free ice teas (peach tea when we paid a visit) at the self-serve station, while waitresses presented the ordered food to the customers at the table.

We ordered:

- Baby Hojicha Kakigori $99 and

- Strawberry and Cream Croffle $64

The Hojicha Kakigori had flavourful Hojicha and was not that cold, considered it’s essentially all ice. It’s not even as cold as ice cream. The different layers (top and bottom; exterior and interior; and the syrup) brought about a nice journey. I particularly like the tea jelly in the interior 👍🏻 The only improvement point: they can make the big black sago less hard.

The strawberry and cream croffle was also great. The croffle had great honey taste and was crispy. The high-quality cream went well with the fresh strawberries.
