I used to go to nood occasionally before - I always thought their salads were horrible, their smoothies were just ok, but i used to like their rocket coffee (a filtered coffee with coconut oil and cinnamon) and also their wraps used to be good. They started getting more and more overpriced and there were not many combo deals to benefit from getting multiple items. They started getting more and more overpriced and there were not many combo deals to benefit from getting multiple items. I recently decided to 'splurge' on my old favorite the rocket coffee recently and it tasted so bad that I had to trash it after a couple of sips. What a waste. The coffee tasted as if it had been sitting out for 4 years and lost all its flavor and then they decided to ground it up and serve this tasteless dirt.
The wraps now manage to be both dry and soggy at the same time and they keep most of their items bland. Nood creates an impression it cares a lot about their quality and hence they justify their high price points - but honestly when you buy from nood i can assure you are paying at least 30% for their marketing campaigning alone.
It's not worth your money. Service is terrible too - lot's of clueless people who don't know what they are doing or just bored servers who don't have enough customer turnover to really stay on their toes - also low turnover of food also mean the ingredients can't be as 'fresh' as they claim. I feel like most of their ingredients and items sit around for a while and it tastes like it too.
