Shun Hing is a really famous restaurant in Tai Hang, with their signature egg dishes. Early dismissal on Christmas Eve allowed me to try Shun Hing out, as Shun Hing closes early at 4pm, and is always so crowded during weekend. I arrived at 3pm and there was still a queue outside the restaurant! So be prepared to line up!The pineapple bun with smooth scrambled egg I came for was sold out So I got this Shrimp & Egg Rice indeed, and it’s so good too! The smooth scrambled egg definitely lived up it

The pineapple bun with smooth scrambled egg I came for was sold out So I got this Shrimp & Egg Rice indeed, and it’s so good too! The smooth scrambled egg definitely lived up its fame, so smooth with heavy egg flavor! There was generous amount of shrimps as you can see, and they were very fresh and meaty! Nom nom!
Definitely visiting again to try out the famous Pineapple Bun!
