Sichuan food has emerged as one of the most popular cuisine in HK in the last couple years. The Sham Shui Po/Cheung Sha Wan area is probably one of the most famous Sichuan restaurant hubs. Pepper Chicken Pot with Pork Tripe
Requested extra pepper in the pot. Fragrant white pepper soup base with lots of pickled cabbage and onions. Pork tripe was cut into bite-size pieces. The chicken itself was also smooth flavorful.

The friendly staff reminded us about their promotion on Tsing Tao which was buy 4 get 1 free. Exactly what we needed!
