Whenever the weather started to turn cool, it will be time to start eating congee. We decided to go to Sun Kau Kee Noodle Shop, a traditional congee and noodle stall. It was located at Tai Wong Tung Street,  beside Lee Tung, Wanchai. They served a wide range of congee, soup noodle, rice, snacks and drinks etc.  Iced cream soda was sweet and gassy, iced soy milk was smooth and slight sweet, with strong soy bean taste. Fish skin was dipped in soy sauce, with ginger and spring onion spread on top,

Fish skin was dipped in soy sauce, with ginger and spring onion spread on top, making it flavourful. Fish skin was very crunchy and chewy, able to taste the freshness.

Wanton soup - The skin was soft in texture and was chewy, with prawn fillings in it.

Pork liver and fish congee - This was their signature congee, with the pork liver very chewy, with no after-taste. Fish was very soft and smooth, able to taste the freshness. Congee was boiled till soft and smooth, with no MSG tasted.
