I was walking along Jardine's Bazaar street to get a light snack after work and noticed this shop has opened up after a few renovations were made to it. This street seems more like the place to get a variety of drinks because of how many drink shops opening up. We have Europa Tea, True Boss, Tiger Sugar, Happy Holidays and now this! Le Phare. I was given a flyer by one of the staffs indicating that they have a Buy 1 Take 1 Offer but it's only for their top two drinks namely: #1 Apple Green Tea
I was given a flyer by one of the staffs indicating that they have a Buy 1 Take 1 Offer but it's only for their top two drinks namely: #1 Apple Green Tea and #2 Dragonfruit Yogurt Smoothie. You can order two apple drinks, or two dragonfruit smoothies or even just do one each to get the BOGO deal. This is only valid until the 8th of April so I jumped right in try two of their #1 drink. I chose a size M ($30).
While I was waiting for my drink, all of the other customers chose the dragonfruit one. I don't really like the ones here so I didn't regret that I'm the only one who ordered apple against the 7 others who picked the more expensive one. The staff makes every drink in front of you. I clearly saw how the dragonfruit smoothie was made which was neat. Their menu is offered in both English and in Chinese.
Waiting time wasn't too long. There should be two drinks but one of them was kept inside my bag for later and I was just too lazy to retake the picture. The drink itself is pretty much what it is, minus the green tea. I'm not sure if it's because the flavor of the apples were just too tarty against the green tea because all I could taste was pure and plain fresh squeezed apple juice with a few apple bits at the bottom of the cup.

Besides using real fruits and having your drinks made in front of you, there's nothing special about this. From what I got, it was just pure apple juice. I'm just glad this is a BOGO deal because I wouldn't be happy paying that much for apple juice. Service was nice though. The cashier lady speaks fluent English and Cantonese too. I remember she asked for the customers' feedback on the dragonfruit yogurt smoothies. I thought that she was doing a fine job trying to get others' opinion with the hopes of improving their drinks against the other four powerhouses beside it.
Cash and Octopus are accepted. There is no 10% service fee.
