We've always dined at Ocean Empire esp with their other branch that has closed. Glad to see they now have a promotion of fish with rice, as well as hotpot. We went there weekday dinner time, was seated as soon as we got there. Servers are attentive. All food are served hot. You-tiao and pan fried turnip is yummy as always. Loved how perfectly the fish was cooked. Was quite amazed at the "congee" hotpot, the soup was refillable.
