This is quite a good idea to open a healthy noodle shop, offering organic and simple food to the neighbour. The other noodle that we ordered was this icy soba... which is quite a new experience,as most soba will come with a super cold sauce, but this one, the noodle itself was icy prepared... nice... we like the sponge meat balls too, but I guess they may not be original.. or homemade... but that's OK... the mix is good too...
