I already had a very satisfying Roasted Duck leg rice at about 1130hrs so at 1pm I am hardly hungry.Ordered 3 simple dishes:1. Siew Mai2. Beancurd skin with shrimps3. The siew mai was alright, the beancurd skin with shrimps was crispy and nice. The star of the day was the dumpling...
The skin was thin and translucent yet non-sticky - they did not stick together and they did not stick to the wax paper that came in the baseket (which was quite common even in restaurants).
Each dumpling contained vegetable that were chopped evenly and every mouthful contained some shrimp. The filling was soft and moist and lightly seasoned.
I will definitely visit this restaurant again.
