On the night we arrived for dinner, it was very empty (only another table other than ours). As usual, the service and the food were spectacular We all started off with this tuna lotus root amuse bouche, it was nice and crunchy For my appetiser, I had their new russian beef tartare which was different from their usual one as this had caviar and quail eggs, everything tasted great together I prefer eating clean so I opted for the poached salmon again (same as what I had last time I came haha) and

I prefer eating clean so I opted for the poached salmon again (same as what I had last time I came haha) and it was very soft and delicious
