My friends and i arrived around 5:30pm and we didn't have to wait. Not sure is it because of the weather (hot) and still not yet the season/time for hiking/biking/BBQ therefore its not that may people. Maybe the possible T8 typhoon also has a factor. Perhaps when it gets cooler around mid-Oct or Nov then it will get better.This is not the usual BBQ pit type of BBQ... Its those skewers (choon siu) type which is quite interesting and different. Maybe not as hot as the usual big pits.I personal

I personally drove so finding it wasn't that hard to find the location. The it was approx HK$130 per person and HK$40 one off to set up the stove including one drink. It also include pineapple, King Prawns per person and clams for the group.
The usual food you usually have are the all you can eat such as Beef, Corn, Bread, Chicken, Pork, Lamb, Vegetables, Sausages, Fish Balls, etc... To be very honest, at this price the food is just OK. Considering that you don't need to think, plan, buy, prepare, transport, fight for a BBQ pit, its not bad.
Theres no time limit to it, meaning you can sit from 5~6pm till it closes at like 11pm (i think). Which is quite good. Drinks are the usual such as soft drinks (can), water, tea (bottled), beer and at reasonable price at HK$7 per can of soft drink so its more or less the same price as you would buy in 7-11 or the drinks machine.
For those driving, parking is free
