Haven't had skewers for awhile. Today we went to @yiumo2021, a newly opened restaurant which locates in Sai Wan. This is our first time visiting this restaurant and the decoration was in a Japanese style. For a second we thought we were back in Japan. 🎎
We picked a few skewers and beef udon tonight.
Chicken Wing ($28) - The texture of the meat was very juicy. Loved it so much!
Beef Small Intestine ($36) - First time trying this but surprisingly good.
Asparagus & Pork Roll ($32) - My all time favorite skewer. Pork and asparagus roll with a bit salt on the outside layer.
Pepper ($18) - Slightly spicy. If you love spicy, you should order this!
Beef Japanese Inaniwa Udon ($88) - A big bowl of udon with a few slices of beef inside with the udon. The portion was great and it was good to consume after eating the skewers.
Crab Stick ($36) - Very crispy indeed. Some crab filling with mashed potato.
Ox Tongue ($58) - It was slightly chewy with a soft interior and a crunchy crust. YUMMM!
