It’s extremely crispy
Puffy and not dry
Portion is just right
Not too much but just enough to make you wanna encore

I’m not a fan of Apple salad
But this is extremely soothing for the summer
The prawn cake is chewy and spongy
Full of umami as well!
-hokkigai
I always fancy hokkigai sashimi
This is a cooked version which is equally amazing
The soup makes the hokkigai extremely moist and tender
Don’t forget to finish the soup
It’s so yummm!!
-surf clam fin
My experiences towards fin is not too good
It’s usually raw and too chewy
Not good for stomach as well
But this grilled clam fin is so tender
Remember to add the lemon juice
It added just the right amount of acidity to the dish
-chicken and mushroom
You can never imagine how well such pairing is
Am not a fan of Onsen tamago but this is watery and not to clingy to the mouth
The soy sauce added another layer to the dish as well
-ox tongue toro
The fattest part of the ox tongue
Perfect texture
Love the garlic oil chilli sauce !
-White eel
The chef first steamed it before grilled in order to trap the water inside
The Fresh Yuzu skin sprinkled on top smells extremely good
For those who don’t eat fish bones
Don’t worry this is bone free haha
-Chicken wings
Don’t forget to try the pickle at the side
It’s extraordinary with wasabi dressing
-pork with celtuce
Am always craving for Celtuce! It balanced really well with the pork
By this time I was a bit full already and the celtuce really makes the entire dish lighter
-Angus short ribs
This is the last skewer
They added quite a number of seasonings
It’s strong and with a lingering aftertaste
-udon and dessert
