Went to Tuen Mun and had lunch at this Chinese noodle resto, which I had been wanting to try for a while. .I ordered Pork Jowl with Sweet Potato Noodles in Sesame Soup, selecting medium spiciness. The dish was accompanied by scallion, bean sprouts and chives. The pork jowl, though on a thinner side, was served in a generous portion.
