This isn't the first time I had to wait for scrambling staff to work out what they need to do. They constantly make you wait 10+ minutes. It's simple guys, you pick up the chicken put it in a bag. Hand it over. Don't overcomplicate it. What's with the stupid form. When I finally get to the "paying station", the lady steps back to the chicken counter to talk in loud non-English. The whole experience is a nightmare.
