Slowest service ever

My third time this month to cha cha room for take away. The delivery time is more than 10 mins for small dim sum. Today ordered 2 Siu Mai and 2 Char Siu Bao. It took 25 mins to receive my order. One can observe that kitchen operation is not smooth and badly planned. After temptative to complain to Manager, we were looked weirdly while another customer complained for the same reason. Mr Manager was not willing to formally record any customer complaint. Neither was I proposed a free drink, rebate

Chain Owner Maxims provided apologies after formal complaint file at their head office.
