Had a lemongrass pork and beef vermicelli (cold noodles). Great authentic taste, finished the whole bowl. Make sure you add the optional fish sauce on the table to make the noodles extra tasty! The beef and pork texture was just right, not overcooked. Mix the bowl up and have it with the veggies and its one mouthful of taste! Highly recommended. Don't be afraid to try this hidden gem in Tai Hang.
