We came across Toba when we were looking for dinner one night a year ago. Since then, Toba has become our to-go place whenever we crave for yakitori. The chef, whom is very skilful and cool, makes yakitori just right that is not burnt (typical in Hong Kong) nor soggy (typical in Japan).
