Literally created an account to post this.Started off liking the place, but during my fifth visit, it was clear to me that my favourite dish (Ox Tongue with Rice) had a significantly reduced portion size - by at least a third. Having just seen another customer get the same dish with a much larger portion size, I flagged down a waitress. She simply responded by getting her manager, who insisted that it was the same size...which it clearly wasn't, especially after I moved it from the shoddy presen
Started off liking the place, but during my fifth visit, it was clear to me that my favourite dish (Ox Tongue with Rice) had a significantly reduced portion size - by at least a third. Having just seen another customer get the same dish with a much larger portion size, I flagged down a waitress. She simply responded by getting her manager, who insisted that it was the same size...which it clearly wasn't, especially after I moved it from the shoddy presentation when it arrived to how they try to fan it out (per the menu photo). After "making me a new dish", it came out even smaller.
Not impressed in the slightest. Either be honest and 86 the dish if you're low on it, or tell the truth.
