So disappointed! We got a pack of 12 macarons for $250+ and most of their shells were soft!! Defeats the purpose of buying a macaron. For such a premium price that is really unacceptable. Flavour combinations are creative and pretty attractive. However the execution is mediocre, the flavours were pleasant but nothing was memorable. Pierre herme let us down, would not try again.
