So disappointing.... Won't be returning!

i was very excited when I discovered this new place - I appreciated that it was offering something a little different but was very disappointed with what we received. The fish was tiny and the batter (which was pretty lousy) was not crispy, the fish was dry and over cooked. My portion had 11 chips in it, which I thought was particularly bad given that the fish portion was tiny - potatoes are the cheap bit! We are not overeaters but my husband and i ended up having cereal about after an hour as w

i was very excited when I discovered this new place - I appreciated that it was offering something a little different but was very disappointed with what we received. The fish was tiny and the batter (which was pretty lousy) was not crispy, the fish was dry and over cooked. My portion had 11 chips in it, which I thought was particularly bad given that the fish portion was tiny - potatoes are the cheap bit! We are not overeaters but my husband and i ended up having cereal about after an hour as we were still hungry! i know that this restaurant has just opened but having so much of the menu "coming soon" is not great! in an attempt to provide some feedback and complain (I think the price was too much considering the lousy portion and food), I found their website and tried calling the number - I have since tried a further times and noone has answered - there is no email on the site.  i really think this place needs to buck its ideas up if it wants to succeed in mid levels, a very competitive market! People don't mind paying the price but the product has to be worth it!
