We went to the wet market to buy the seafood before bringing them for the chef to cook in the restaurants 👨🏻🍳椒盐赖尿虾 🦐🦞Stir Fried Mantis Shrimps in Salt & Pepper // Mantis shrimps r like the combination of shrimp & lobster 😗 The meat is super tender with a slight of sweetness 🤤 They were first deep-fried quickly in hot oil & then stir fried with heavy amount of salt & pepper, crispy garlic, and sliced chilies 🌶 蒜蓉粉丝蒸扇贝🧄🐚 Steamed Scallops with Minced Garlic & Vermicelli // It is one of my FAV seaf

蒜蓉粉丝蒸扇贝🧄🐚 Steamed Scallops with Minced Garlic & Vermicelli // It is one of my FAV seafood dish 😍 The vermicelli & the garlic are steamed tgt with the scallops on the shells 👀 & the noodles absorbs all the essence of the scallops 👅
油盐水粉丝煮贵妃蚌🍲🧂🐚 Short necked clams broth with glass noodles // This clam has a v fancy & noble Chinese name known as the “Royal Princess Clam” 👑 & it is usually the size of a palm ✋🏻 The clam is chewy like mussels & boiling if simply with oil & little pinch of salt would bring out all the flavors into the soup 🍲🤤
