I always seek for healthy lunch option when I didn’t bring my lunch box in weekdays. There are way too much unhealthy options that they add a lot MSG and extra favoring and coloring to make the food looks nice with stronger favor.For me, I love the natural favor that come from the food itself and I don’t mind to have mild taste and rough texture from raw food.I found this Japanese take away shop from months ago and it becomes one of my favorite shop. I found this Japanese take away shop from months ago and it becomes one of my favorite shop. They mainly offer soup, rice balls(Omusubi)and some Japanese dishes. They claim all their food are healthy with all natural ingredients.
The shop is just located in the corner that everyone will pass by if they enter the building.
I am really appreciate that they even mark the estimate calories for the people to determine which is the best choice for them.
You can ether choose the set lunch or order separately. This time I have choose all the seasonable stuff : Hijiki Seaweed and Plum rice ball (HK$16) and Big size Umami Soup (HK$32). (Limited on 14-20.Sept)
I thought the rice ball is gonna be sour coz of the plum initially but it is not that sour and the taste is super nice. Both plum the Hijiki Seaweed are crispy that enhance the texture of the rice ball, seaweed give the special favor and the plum give the texture!
There is actually quite a lot of veggies inside the soup. There are assorted mushroom, tofu, and carrot,etc. This soup can definitely make me full!!! Also they apply tons of seaweed so the seaweed taste is strong.
As they always have seasonal special that makes people surprise when they come by, it is indeed a good strategy to keep the current customer to taste the difference and keep on surprising them.张贴
