Soy Garlic chicken rocks!

As anyone who lives on Park Island knows, there aren't that many decent restaurants on the island. So I was pleasantly surprised when this new Goobne chicken store opened up by the pier. There is always a long line in front of the store during the weekends. I decided to order takeout during a weekday, and was pleased at how fast they put the order together (they always say 20 minutes, but it's closer to 10). I only ordered a Soy Garlic chicken for $168 (and they even throw in a can of soda).

There is always a long line in front of the store during the weekends. I decided to order takeout during a weekday, and was pleased at how fast they put the order together (they always say 20 minutes, but it's closer to 10). I only ordered a Soy Garlic chicken for $168 (and they even throw in a can of soda). It's THE BEST fried chicken I've ever had period! Unlike other chicken stores, each order comes with a whole chicken cut up into 13 pieces. Each piece is marinated, fried, and glazed before serving. My wife and I can easily finish an order for a meal and feel satisfied. I now make it part of our routine to order a chicken each week, which takes the guesswork out of at least one meal for the week. Highly recommend you trying!
