One of the spacey cafe that you can enjoy both the food and healing time. 🥓Roasted slow-cooked BBQ Spare Ribs
The ribs are fully coated in savory bbq sauce that is rich and appetising, but slightly too much ketchup is added. The meat on the ribs is tender, tho would taste even better if it’s roasted on charcoal.

🍰Lotus Caramel Cheesecake
The cheesecake is perfect for satisfying my sweet tooth. I’m originally a lotus biscuit lovers as it’s rich in caramelised sweetness. When added to cheesecake, the sweetness is balanced with the savoury cheesy flavour. The cheesecake has the right amount of moisture and is smooth enough in texture.

🧇Tiramisu waffle
I realise that tiramisu makes a beautiful pair with waffle, just like it with some syrup on top. A little crispy on edges and soft in the middle. When served together with the smooth tiramisu cream, it could easily lighten up your mood. The biscuits inside tiramisu is completely soaked in strong expresso and rum, for me it’s bit too strong tho.
