1️⃣𝐆𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐰𝐧𝐬🦐🧡
-Haha I put this first because I found it very photogenic. Juicy and huge tiger prawns that were soaked into a mixture of olive oil, garlic and chilli. It was definitely one of my favourite appetisers that served with crunchy focaccia bread.
2️⃣ 𝟔𝟑 ° 𝐞𝐠𝐠 𝐂𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐳𝐨 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐨𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐞𝐬🍳💕
-Unlike traditional dish that topped with a fried egg, the use of onsen tamago was very Japanese-inspired. I really appreciated this because of how the egg whites managed to be soft and silky while retaining its custardy texture of an uncooked egg yolk.
3️⃣𝐈𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐨 𝐇𝐚𝐦 𝐀𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐬 𝐑𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐭𝐭𝐨🍚🥓💚
It was beautifully displayed and colourful The Risotto was well-cooked, creamy and soft, which served best with fresh flavours of ham and asparagus. YUMM🤤💕
