Last meal on new year day and we decided to spice it up! We have been here a few times and always loved the authenticity! This time - again - the best 麻辣香锅 you can fine in HK and probably in China as well. A famous restaurant operator told me that the key for 麻辣香锅 is how you 收汁 at the end of the cooking therefore the dish is not watery with the full flavor. The chef here definitely got this!
