Spicy & sour boiled fish

Who doesn’t like spicy and sour boiled fish? I went there a few years ago and Twelve Flavors is one of my favorite spots in HK. The portions are amazing. One boiled fish dish is enough for the three of us. It includes a lot of fish slices, pickles, veggies and sweet potato noodles. The broth was very flavorful. We ordered the mild spicy and it was perfect. The longer you eat, the spicier it gets. 🥵 So, we got the Sichuan-style jelly and glutinous brown sugar rice cake to cool us down. The glutin
