Dinner for 11 in the private room, with TV and washroom.Here’s what we had.Appetizers 蒜泥白肉 (one with spicy sauce, one without). Halfway into our meal, whole room smelled of very gamey lamb. Very certain no one ordered any lamb dishes as there were quite a few of us who didn’t like it. Server explained that the gamey smell came from the tallow (beef lard) in the spicy pot; and acceded to our request to change to another pot without adding the tallow.
Dessert: 豆腐花, 芝麻卷 and 黑糖糕. Very yummy, as per usual Lubuds standard.
