I arrived at 2pm so I didn’t need to line up. The shop is very small that’s why everyone else was telling me they line up for at least an hour before being able to eat. Let’s start with the pancake since it is the famous dish here. Maybe I am used to the air soufflé texture therefore this was not what I expected. The top and the bottom layer was hard but the middle is soft as a sponge cake. The cake had a mandarin flavour. The Japanese shaved ice was nice, the texture was soft. I was impressed w
