Living in Tsuen Wan for more than 10 years, i. almost go for yum cha every week with my family! This is one of the few restaurants I will still go as now many other restaurants are either using low quality food ingredients or like to re-steam frozen stuff. I'm particular in rice-rolls 肠粉. Honestly not many restaurants or congee places in HK still have good rice-rolls, either too sticky or too soft or no rice taste at all. Their other dim sum is pretty stable and will not disappoint me! Because o
