The issue is that your english menu is wrong and shows two sushi sea bream upon sets. The order, as recorded on the phone, also shows the same. If only one sea bream udon arrives, then of course the customer will challenge and ask where the other identical udon.

However, you do not even realise that your english menu has an error. Both sets say sea bream upon (refer to picture), and so does the bill. Your Chinese version of the menu seems correct. SO IS THE Customer wrong here to ask and challenge??

Instead, I get laughed and mocked by your staff.
Never coming back here again with your stupendous 60-minute eating limit. plenty of choices upstairs or elsewhere.
