My view towards Eric Kayser changed today. The raisin bread is one of the breads which I buy often, I like the crusty exterior and the pack full of raisin on the inside, so I do know this bread. At $25 for a bread the size of my palm, it is not cheap.My raisin bread today is so stale that I can assure you this is not made today. If you have to charge premium price, you do need to have an impeccable quality control. The bread I bought today is disappointing and have turned me completely off,

The bread I bought today is disappointing and have turned me completely off, I will not be in a rush to go there and buy another loaf any time soon.
For my next raisin bread, I will go to the basement of Sogo, it is a lot cheaper and I have never been served a stale loaf.
This is an absolute disgrace.
